My name is Brian Gonzalez. I graduated from UCLA in 2012 with a bachelor's degree in philosophy. I provide data analysis and programming (DAP) related consulting services. My main areas of interest are programming, Microsoft Excel, and their intersection. For example, I have extensive knowledge of three of Excel's programming APIs:

• VBA
• Office Scripts
• Office.js

The vast majority of the code I've written was done by me. None of the code or projects referenced in my Portfolio page were vibe coded to any substantial degree (I'd estimate 1% or less).

I have over 12 years of experience working with Excel, over 10 years of experience working with VBA, and several years of experience with othe programming languages.

For VBA specifically, I've worked as a VBA developer for individuals, startups, small businesses, Fortune 500 companies, and state governments, in a variety of different industries, across both the US and Canada. My work has ranged from freelancing jobs that last a few hours to long-term contracts that last a few years. I've been able to do this work on time, under budget, and in some cases under very tight deadlines (e.g. same day.) And as far as I know, all of my clients have been satisfied with my work.
